Happy New Year! 2019 is here and it’s time to get those resolutions into gear.

2018 has been a great year for us at Lisa Wiker Photography. We moved to Pueblo, Colorado (although we will still be servicing ALL of Southern Colorado!), found out we’re expecting, and as of December 13th, 2018, this boyfriend/girlfriend photography team because a HUSBAND/WIFE photography team!

So many changes happened. What didn’t change, though, is our dedication to capturing your memories. With our own little family growing, our focus has shifted ever so slightly; while we still adore photographing weddings and will continue to do so for many years to come, my hope for 2019 is to photograph more families and children!

I’m also hoping to do more “fun” shooting. That is, I want to do more than just sessions. While I LOVE to capture the moments for you to cherish for generations to come, I’m going to be doing more with my camera. I started a Facebook group for a 365 Day Photography challenge, with prompts each day to help challenge myself (as well as anyone else who would like to join) to grow as a photographer. 2018 was our best year yet, but let’s all raise a glass (non-alcoholic for me!) to making 2019 even better!
